However, we provide a wide array of custom kitchen solutions with prices that can range from £5,000 to £50,000. Prices will vary based on the selection of materials. Initially, we suggest focusing on perfecting the design layout. Once that’s finalized, we can present you with various pricing options for that particular design.
WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DURATION FOR INSTALLING A NEW KITCHEN?
Installation of an average-sized kitchen typically spans over approximately 8 days, spread across two weeks. This accounts for the removal of your old kitchen, initial and follow-up electrical work, plumbing, and plaster work. Should you choose a quartz or granite countertop, expect an additional week due to the required templating process. Tiling generally takes one to two days and can be scheduled either before or after the main installation phase.
IS AN UPFRONT DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR KITCHEN INSTALLATION?
In order to confidently secure your preferred installation dates and ensure seamless coordination of the production schedule for your custom kitchen, a deposit of 35% is required upon agreement to proceed. This upfront commitment allows us to reserve the necessary resources and materials exclusive to your project, thereby guaranteeing that everything will be ready to kickstart the transformation of your kitchen space at the agreed upon time. Please rest assured, this deposit is a standard part of our process and serves as a cornerstone in laying the groundwork for a smooth and timely kitchen installation experience.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY KITCHEN DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS?
Your kitchen will likely not be fully operational during most of the installation. We will endeavor to maintain access to running water whenever possible, and, upon request, we may be able to keep certain appliances connected. It’s important to plan ahead as you may be without cooking facilities for a couple of weeks.
Pro Tip: Prepare some meals in advance that can be easily reheated in the microwave. And don’t forget to indulge in a few takeaways as a convenient treat!
